You'll feel right at home working with us if you have:
MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ team lead and development experience
Experience in building commercial products
Experience in handling low-level file/persistence formats such as doc, docx. pdf, or similar / document management systems
Thorough understanding of Microsoft technologies (in particular .NET), software development life cycle, implementing production level systems in a rapid development environment.
Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive.
Worked in an agile/scrum development team where code is developed with full test coverage, with daily deployment cycles.
Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills; love approaching a hard coding challenge.
Excellent English, written and spoken communication skills.
General ability and willingness to adapt to work on any platform which is being targeted by your team including different technologies, languages andplatforms
You have hired multiple teams and managed groups of developers in the past.
You have managed teams of 10+ people
Technical skills required:
- Excellent architecture skills, wide knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, OO development and high performance .NET applications - involvement with component or commercial product development will be a big advantage. Cloud hosting platforms (Amazon, Azure), worked in Scrum environments.
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Java background
