Service Account Managers (SAM's) work closely with our customers to ensure the overall success of the sale of performed services on our web site. IMPORTANT: The first sale of any kind of our services shouldn’t be the last one! An ongoing relationship with a customer must be fostered. You are expected to significantly contribute to the overall success of the customer relationship. We expect that you will build long-lasting relationships, and expand our business.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Your positional tasks will include making a necessary quantity of telephone calls to customer leads (potential customers who leaves their applications on the web site), in order to:
1 – Understand a customer’s needs and demands 2- According to a customer's needs and demands, offer the customer the right solution ( service) 3- To achieve sales results ( monthly fixed plan)
In this role, you will generate demand for Best-Matchmaking’s different offered services, and develop long-lasting client relationships with every customer.
You will be required to understand all our offered services.
You will be required to keep in contact with all customers that you, and the company, has worked with, in order to offer further services to the customer.
You will be required to submit daily work reports
You will be required to use are to use the CRM program.
Fixed salary $500 + Sales commission of 10% on all sales.
No cold calling for leads, we work only with prepared database where each potential customer has been already registered on our web site

Work Experience / Qualifications
Ability to speak fluent English.
At least 2-3 years of sales experience.
