Viewabo helps customer support agents at corporations resolve their customer's problems significantly faster than traditional remote methods (i.e. phone, email, chat) by using real-time video streamed from customer smartphones to the support agent's help desk system without requiring customers to download an app. We also enable support agents to annotate on the customer’s video stream in real-time to help guide them on issue resolution.
